The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of local cuisine, which my kids loved, especially the friendly staff who engaged well with them. The gym was well-equipped and a great feature of the hotel. However, the overall experience felt somewhat less immersive into the local culture due to European influences, and the higher food prices could easily be avoided by dining elsewhere. The rocky beaches nearby also detracted from the overall appeal.

Friendly staff, nice location, the breakfast was very good with a perfect view from our room overlooking the beach, and it was conveniently located just 11 km from the city center.

i had a wonderful stay at wish during my recent trip to natal. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, exceeding my expectations, especially in comparison to my previous visit elsewhere in the city. the breakfast spread was delightful, featuring fresh fruits and local delicacies that really highlighted the region's cuisine.

The outdoor amenities impressed my family, especially the kids! We enjoyed the bar's diverse food and drinks, though service can be slow. Additionally, early check-in could be smoother. Opt for a room away from the hall for quieter nights. Overall, a decent choice for family fun!

Staying here for a family vacation was delightful. The resort offered a fantastic array of kids' activities, and the meals were consistently impressive, much better than what we experienced at another resort. The large pool area was a hit with everyone, and the direct beach access made our days even more enjoyable. However, we did find the elevators sometimes overloaded and the reception area quite crowded, impacting our check-in experience.

the room was a bit worn down, but the pool area was a total chill zone and breakfast spread had tons of yummy options. the staff was super friendly and the location gave me stunning views!

Nice family vibe but could do better

Stayed here for 4 nights and the kiddos had fun with the pool and activities. The breakfast was pretty solid too! But man, the room maintenance is lacking. The bathroom had a weird smell and no soap, which was super annoying. Overall, not worth the 5-star hype.

The hotel has an amazing pool area with plenty of loungers, and the view from my room was amazing! We really enjoyed the beach tennis provided by the entertainment team, and there’s a well-maintained section for kids that kept my little ones entertained.
